Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is a half hour treatment, using deep tissue techniques in the shoulder and neck area, neck stretches and a relaxing head massage.

This treatment can give immediatr relief from chronic shoulder and neck tension. It is an extremely popular therapy in the Centre. Other symptoms that have been relieved include tinnitus, sleeplessness and it has also helped with depression. The treatment consists of a 15 minute massage using the massage chair, where the neck and shoulders are worked using deep tissue massage. The rest of the massage is carried out on the massage couch, and consists of some neck stretches and finishes with a relaxing head massage.
